Site Photo | done - Entrance & Working Area
This project is my own home office, I spent one a half months completing the design, and it takes two months to complete the renovation. This property is a Commercial SOHO unit, it is small, but I manage to fit in all I need for my sweet home.

The design drawing and completed site photo have some deferent due to I never stopped upgrading my house renovation within these five years, especially after I brought in 2 dogs to stay with me in this place. This habit is usual as our lifestyle and practice will change along the way.

In this project, I had maximized all space usage using a space-saving system. I do have a lot of hiding storage and hiding function in each area.

I have also attached the detailed drawings at the end of these site photos.
Site Photo | done - Pantry Area
The best solution is to hide everything inside the cabinet to keep the space looking nice and clean. As you can see, I hide the fridge, red wine fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, water filter, and dustbin all inside the pantry cabinet; even the hood is in the wall-hung cabinet.

I constructed narrow full height storage, which is only 180mmThk inner clearance space; however, it helps and can keep a lot of dry food and glasses.

I built a wall panel in the blackboard paint finish, came with a hidden door to enter the washroom, and added a small foldable shelf on it, my dog's snack storage area.

I use the piano series switches to control the lights and power in the pantry, washroom, and living hall area. And it looks fabulous with the chalk drawing signage on it!
Site Photo | done - Washroom
I love the raw cement finish, inspired by the Glass House at Sekeping, designed by my favorite landscape architecture - Seksan. After visiting once and deciding to have a washroom using raw cement plastering on the wall and floor, the shower area applied a pebble wash finish.

The basin cabinet is wall-hung, from floor finish at 260mmH; with this space, I can fit in most of the items shown in the picture. I have a socket in the drawer for the hairdryer and a lot of storage for the other things.

The wall-hung mirror is also one of my favorite raw materials; lava stone. I added sliding storage for the mirror, keeping skincare, perfume, and contact lens there.

Sometimes I will need to shower my dogs. I bought their mini bathtub from TaoBao, and it's a foldable bathtub. They do sell human-size foldable bathtubs too, and I think this is a brilliants solution for people who hardly use the bathtub but wish to enjoy it once a blue moon.
Site Photo | done - Living Hall
I constructed a sliding bookshelf door to separate the working space and living hall. The TV cabinet is also the divider to asperate the bedroom space. I used rotatable accessories for the TV console to use the same TV for the living hall and bedroom.

The display area applied a grey mirror to extend the visual feeling. The is a dog toilet below it; close the small sliding glass door it can become a dog cage.
The glass on the floor is 8mm+8mm laminated tempered glass, which is strong enough to support human activities on it. I do it for my dogs to use as a cold pad, as the glass floor temperature is lower than the wood floor.
My small weight training area is hiding in the floor platform, and yes, there is a gym mat on it.
My dining table is custom made; there is a metal structure inside to help it keep in shape. There are three layers of them. The top layer is the dining table, and the second layer is bench seating with stool height. The third layer is a bench in standard chair height. Slide the table and the second bench out, can seat four people at one time.

And I hide a jacuzzi below the third layer seating bench, slide all the three layers to the other end, can enjoy my favorite jacuzzi!
And yes, you have to remove the foldable sauna set before filling it with water.

I used the Osim sofa-type massage chair to replace the regular sofa, with an Ipad stand beside and a warm blanket, then it became a business class flight experience!

My dogs are my family members too, so they have their glass door wardrobe.
Site Photo | done - Bedroom
I have the slope with anti-slip rubber for my dogs to walk up to the bed. My bedroom is a tatami platform with storage for luggage bags, pillows, etc. There are a few long drawers under the bed to keep some small items.
My wardrobe is in mirror door finish, so there is a sheer solve the FengShui issue and softer the direct aircon wind.
My makeup area is inside the wardrobe, and I use the swing door to hang some accessories and brushes there.
I bought some acrylic storage for sunglasses, earrings, and eye shadow products.

The narrow swing door hides my hairstyle tools.
Site Photo | done - Balcony
I love to keep the sliding glass door open for fresh air ventilation. Therefore I get the stainless steel mosquito security net sliding door on my balcony to replace the regular metal grille door. It can prevent insects from coming in and stop eagles from kidnapping my dogs.

I want to have some privacy when having outdoor dining, so I applied a canvas awning to avoid the upstairs neighbor seeing me. Applied bamboo fencing to block the aircon compressor from hot air blowing to the balcony directly.
