The client wants to have an open concept working environment minimalist and professional style of office design.

Most of the workers will work using a laptop, only the long table working desk area is using PC.
The client requested some privacy for the finance department but needs to remain an open concept. Therefore we proposed a low partition wall that is high enough to block the vision when sitting down.
According to the client, the meeting room is will be seldom used, so we proposed to have two long sliding doors to replace the partition wall, which can use for the dining table and become the primary walkway.

The director's room and manager's room look like a house from the front view. The slanting plaster ceiling will be in good grain wallpaper finish, which can bring a cozy mood to the space.

The two sliding walls in the meeting room, the inside finish uses magnetic whiteboard laminate, and the outside is a regular white laminate finish. So the inside wall allows putting memos using a magnet and marker pen writing.

The washroom entrance faces the pantry dining table, so we proposed having a wall panel and storage cabinet to convert it into a hidden door.
The washroom and toilet's existing floor and wall tiles do not match the new office design, and the client agrees to refurbish it to match back the overall office style.

This office has only 1780sqft, but manage to fit 25 pax at open space working area, 6 to 8 pax at meeting room, five pax at the pantry, one manager room and one director room.

The wall-hung table and seating bench do help in space-saving.
