The client is a young parent with three children. The client would like to have a cozy and warm atmosphere when he comes home. Therefore he requested to design the house like a cafe industrial. Consequently, we proposed a contemporary industrial style for the client.

Changing Room
The client wants to convert one of the rooms into a changing room ( closet room ). All family members can enter the room to select their cloth for the day. And the client wants it to be an open concept without a door. And the client needs different sizes of drawers to keep inner wear for each family member. For example, the lowest drawer is for the youngest son to keep his socks, innerwear, and others.

Children Room
The client planned to have four children, and now, they have three young children. And the client wishes the siblings could have a good brotherhood, so he wants them to sleep in one bedroom during childhood.
So, we proposed an L-shape double-decker and added window shape LED light for each bedside.
The wall-hung study table was at three different heights, and the wall had a blackboard paint finish.

Working Area
The client's working area is in the small hall on the second floor. And the left side is the children's bedroom, and the right side is the master bedroom.

So he can check the children during nighttime while doing work and not disturb the wife's sleeping quality.

3D Perspective VIews
The client specials requested to have this old shop lot type of sliding door gate.

The living hall ceiling design changed from solid wood to a flat plaster ceiling with light through; although the client loves the design, he wishes he could minimize some cleaning maintenance work.

The client also requested an aquarium in his bar area, so we designed it placed at the side of the mirror cabinet, so there are two viewing sides.
The wet kitchen has a narrow wall-hung storage cabinet with a metal swing door in the blackboard paint finish, so it allows to have magnet memo and chalk drawing on it. This cabinet is to keep some dry food and seasoning.
